TIA :0.. gandang sabado ng umaga .... the 35 year cycle MAY have held true before, but menopause seems to be getting later nowadays. it is not unusual to see women have their first mens at 12 and have their last around 50-55 nowadays. Usually a bite of a common house centipede is very painful and may cause severe swelling, chills, fever and weaknesses but luckily it is not fatal. A bite of large centipedes can produce anaphylactic shock can produce low blood pressure and worst can lead to difficulty of breathing up to the point the person is unable to breathe...Death..Better see a doctor immediately.. I tried researching the internet pero iba iba ang sinasabi hello, robo_cop. basically, its more like what not to take than what to take. stay away from stimulants as they cause increase in acidity. so, take coffee in moderation, maybe 1 cup/day. cut tea and chocolate intake. avoid spicy food, as well as oily food.....
