He should be thinking of fighting Pacquiao not for the money but more for pride (for all the marbles, ika nga).. Let us see how his "escape" tactics works against the blitzkrieg punches that Pacquiao has.. Is there a possible, Money vs. Manny bout in the future? IMO, that is what I want to see, an unbeaten loud mouth who likes to run-around the ring to escape the punches thrown at him vs. a man who likes to charge like a raging bull but still defends like no other.. Mayweather's tactics might be off for a lot of us, but his tactics have won bouts and I wonder how Manny fares with likes of this loud mouth.. If Pacquiao defeats Mayweather, then, he is (IMO) the #1 fighter in this century.. Better than Muhammad Ali and all the greats combined.. GO PINOYS! Quote Link to comment

Pacquiao used his blazing speed and power from both hands to win his seventh title in seven weight classes and cement his stature as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Cotto took such a beating that his face was a river of red from the fury of Pacquiao’s punches. Pacquiao dropped Cotto with a right hand early in the third round, but he wasn’t badly hurt and came back to finish the round strong. But after Pacquiao put Cotto on the canvas with a big left hand as Cotto was advancing forward late in the fourth round, Cotto was never the same again.
