nasanay kasi tayo na laging naknockdown ni pacman ang kalaban para wala ng pagtalunan. so nanibago tayo sa call na unanimous decision. i like to see pacman-marquez3 pero mas magandang mapanood natin si pacman na lumaban sa mas malaki. kasi nakakproud na a smaller filipino eh maknockdown ang bigger men. sabi nga ni kilalang boxing commentator. matalo si pacman walang mawawala. pero pag natalo yung malalaki pagtatawanan ng bansa. wehehe

 

 

AGREE ako dito ........ sa totoo lang ah, wala nang mapapala si Pacman kung maglaban p sila ni JMM eh. Common mga dude......... JMM - hanap n lang nito pera-pera eh.

I am wondering why people need to attack those who 'felt' JMM won personally.

 

I rewatched the fight again, and I still feel JMM was the more deserving winner.

 

It doesn't matter where I watched the fight if it was sa cine, TV or youtube (this is a really dumb line from that dude who brought this up). It is the same action that you are watching. Do you mean to say that if I watched it on DVD, the exchanges, the sequences etc would look different? That is not thinking very well. What do you mean, my friend? Maybe you can elaborate your point on that.

 

Look, Manny may have landed some good shots but I thought Marquez did land some good shots as well, and more frequently. I saw one to many times when Marquez won exchanges. He limited Manny, made him think, caught him, lead and made Pac back up. Overall, Marquez looked like he had the better performance.

 

I think Manny may have caused more damage, but fights are scored EVERY round, not for who caused the most damage. If, this was PRIDE FC then most probably Manny could have won but its not. This is boxing and rounds are scored according to who dictated the fight, who controlled who, who landed cleaner shots etc.

 

I say this not to knock on Manny. I like Pacman. I followed him since I saw him fight in the underscard of Lusitio Espinosa, however, when everything settles and we talk about the fight last Sunday I felt JMM still was the more deserving winner.

Diaz could win, kung madidikitan nya si pacman, inside ang laro ni Diaz. pro tingin ko d nya madidikitan si Pacman cuz pacman has good footwork

 

for Pacman nmn, maraming ngaakala na inside ang laro ni pacman kc sugod sya ng sugod. not really, hes knockout power comes from mid-range where he can use hes tremendous leverage hindi sya msyadong dumidikit tlga sa kalaban like Diaz

 

so for pacman to win against this bigger guy, just stay in his range. and bombard the slow moving Diaz with power lefts with very good leverage.

 

Very well said. I agree. Truth is I feel like Diaz is tailor-made for a KO-puncher like Manny. I say, they arrange this for PacMan's next fight as a tune-up for Pacquiao-Marquez 3. :thumbsupsmiley:

kahit san pa natin mapanuod yan mapa hbo-ppv o solar o gma o sa sine eh it still comes down to you kung anu sa tingin mo hindi ung sinasabi ng anouncer. kung sa tingin nyo nanalo si marquez sa inyo na yun pero kung sa tingin ng iba si pacman ok lang din un. di naman dahil porket ung iba eh kay marquez lang ang tingin nila nanalo ay hindi na pilipino. it's not about citizenship o anu.. it's about the sport of boxing pure and simple. sports lang yan walang awayan. Siguro may crush kayo kay pacman noh? hehehe joke. pero i'm still glad na nanalo si pacman. kung matalo man sya di rin ako madidisappoint kase they put a hell of a show. :cool:

Unang-una kahit hindi ka MAYAMAN pwede ka manuod ng HBO-PPV! maraming nakakaalam dito na possible yun.

Imagine Rd.1 sabi ni Donaire sa Rd. 1 kay marquez daw? watch it again.. slow motion mo pa.. isa lang ang malinis na suntok ni Marquez dun pero tinaman din si marquez ng right punch ni pacman sa Solar sports wala nun! hindi nakita... mas maraming pumasok na suntok si pacman ng Rd.1 malalakas din.

It really is difficult to admit that Manny may have not won the fight. From the get go, I thought lumalamang tlga si Marquez. I can only give at least 4 rounds kay Pacman. The rest of the rounds, I believe JMM won.

 

Saka, hindi lang naman kokonti ang naniniwala na si Marquez tlga ang dapat nanalo, I looked around sa boxing sites and cgro 8 out of 10 thought Marquez won. We all know, madaming katiwalian sa judging ng boxing. I am not saying my lutuan, I am just saying Juan had the better performance.

 

Sana my rematch at ma KO na nya lang si Marquez. I disliked the fact na mali-mali ang footwork ni Manny. Hopefully, they can make some adjustments at ma nullify nila ang right hand ni JMM. Yun kc ang laging pumapasok e. Cgro kung nag try cla na gumalaw papunta sa right side ni Marquez bka nd ganon kadami ang pasok na matitinding kanan at combo ni JMM.

Ok. This is a LEGITIMATE observation. But let me explain something. First let me tell you that I worked as a sports reporter/writer some time ago. And here is the thing. YOU HAVE TO BE THERE to know what really went on. Those "spectacular punches" by JMM? Might have looked good on TV, but may NOT have any power from the vantage point of a judge sitting by the ringside. This is PRO-BOXING. Scoring punches are worth dick. Judges look at how JMM/Manny reacted to the punches of the other. Damage report? JMM was on the brink of getting knocked-out. Sure, there was a brief time when Manny looked groggy too. But bottomline is, JMM was more damaged than Manny.

 

As for the "maraming naniniwala na si JMM nanalo", who gives a f#&k? This is not a democracy. The opinion of Recah Trinidad, Chino Trinidad, that assh*le sri-lankan trying to pass for a Filipino Nathanielsz ain't worth jack. Naniwala ba ang olympic body sa kanila when they protested Onyok being cheated? So why should we listen to these f#&kers now when they are doubting our own? As I've said before, only the opinion of 3, the judges, count. And 2 of 3 says Manny won. So tough, JMM fans. Crying a river about it ain't gonna help your boy any.

 

Rematch? Again, sure! Pero, pila si JMM sa back of the line. Manny calls the shots. JMM NEEDS Manny. Manny doesn't need JMM. To the Recah Trinidad's who think this is still an unfinished business, let them suit up, earn a boxing career for themselves, and fight JMM all day and all night. Mga miron lang ang mga ogag na ito.
