I think he (Clottey) knew he could never beat Pacman so he was just making sure he won't be one of Pacman's knockout victims. That's why he was playing it safe. Stay healthy, don't get knocked out so he can enjoy the big paycheck. If I am not wrong, I think it's his biggest paycheck diba?
