So whatevet it is --- as long as you ENJOY ... thats the best and fastest way to do it. I agree. I always enjoyed dancing when I was in my 20s. Now that I'm older, I dance to 10 Zumba songs daily 5x per week. This also serve as a warm-up for the strength training that follows. Quote Link to comment

You will have very little to no improvement in your cardio if you don't enjoy it or enjoy pushing your limits. So in short walang tamang sagot. Hehe. yamster17 Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 My suggestion for a better cardio, jump rope or skipping rope for 3 minutes then rest for 15 seconds then 10 push up , 10 jumping lunges, 10 hip thrust , 10 mountain climbers (10 each legs) then 10 burpees.
