rey.etder Posted August 10, 2015 Share Posted August 10, 2015 running is the most free and easy thing to do. if you cant run yet coz you're weak or heavy, try brisk walking. after you get used to it, then try stretching, but in a faster count give yourself a challenge bit by bit. hannibal smith Posted August 17, 2015 Share Posted August 17, 2015 (edited) i have a question... usually when i run more than 10k, i hit the "wall" at around the 12th kilometer.
