Bluelantern
I try and go walking regularly. It's free, easy to do, and let's you explore your local community or zone out and listen to music/podcasts. There's the recent "Japanese Walking Method" that's a type of interval training: 3 minute fast walk to about 70% effort, followed by 3 minute relaxed walking pace. Repeat for 5 rounds or 30 minutes total. This works well to elevate my heart rate without adding a ton of stress on my body. There's also the Norwegian 4x4, that's supposed to be the gold standard but takes a large toll on the body. But I just haven't worked up to that yet. Quote Link to comment
