vanillaLatte
I had this truffle-laced pasta in Melo's on Jupiter Street, Makati together with a slab of wagyu rib-eye... aaaaaaaaand I didn't taste the truffle. I guess the richness of the steak, which also came with a slice of foie gras killed my recognition for the truffle. It just tasted like a good white-sauce pasta to me. Then I felt like I needed to workout after that meal, too good but too sinful. Quote Link to comment
