Wyld
Has anyone tried chocolate cakes at Cookie Monster?Quite pricey and yet small.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> This is the one that has caramelly stuff in the middle? Moist and thick? If so then yes I tried that. Their chocolate eclairs are pretty good too... BTW... this is my fave choc cake...its 24 layers of cake w/ alternating dark and milk chocolate filling... Its served at the Strip House (no its not a strip joint but a Steak House) Quote Link to comment

Lets buy chocolate cake and hopia! :boo: BTW ... if I remember correctly, the chocolate cake in that small deli (La Nuova?) in the Forbes Park area (near the church and the mercury drug) is pretty good too... If its still there, that is. Quote Link to comment
tancarlotaco
Quote Link to comment

chico
Years ago there is this house in Paris St. near Leon Guinto St. in Manila that sells chocolate cake with icing that is out of this world. I don't know if they moved or closed the business. The lady that baked them is Mrs. Perez. Quote Link to comment
