I haven't been out of the country, but I did love traveling around my precious Philippines. Most of the places I have visited were places north because both of my parents hailed from the north (my dad was from Bacnotan, La Union and my mom is from Bolinao, Pangasinan). However, I still am hoping to do an extensive Ilocos Norte trip (because the first time I went there it was merely a road trip), and visit the northern places that people rarely travel to like Kalinga and Abra.

 

Early this week I traveled to Tagaytay City, and before the month ends, I'd be spending four days to 1 week vacation in Bolinao, Pangasinan.

 

Next year, I hope I could set foot in Mindanao naman.

The last place I went to was Calatagan, Batangas. Not really for a vacation, I drove my dad to the port. The trip was hella long (took us almost 3 hours from QC to there), but when I saw how beautiful the ocean is and how simple the place looks like in general, I was home.

 

Can't wait to go home to Occidental soon...

in the phils: been to laguna, cavite, batangas, mindoro, zambales, pampanga, benguet, baguio, aklan and cebu all for leisure. will also go to la union and iloilo this year, for work naman.

for int'l destinations, been to singapore and malaysia. this year, will be in singapore then indonesia, hopefully hk and macau too. next year it will be singapore then vietnam and cambodia, hopefully spain then france too. if not, it'll definitely be new york. am also planning a yangtze river cruise for the year after next. whew, ubos ang leave.
