I asked them what their secret and they said they masturbated everyday (sometimes more than once a day). Not sure though if they were saying the truth. We guys grow taller by a foot at age 12-15.thats also the time when self pleasuring is maximized. Also consider that the average height per generation increases dahil mas madami vitamins and minerals food natin compared with them. I'm 19 , 4'11 height effective ba yung mga supplement?Kapag after skeletal maturity usually yan na height mo. For women its 19 years old,guys until 21. Wala na magagawa supplements. Wag magpuyat...matulog ng dapat habang Bata pa...may reason bakit Tayo pinapatulog noong Bata pa Tayo pag hapon maliban sa ayaw ng mga matatanda na may sinasaway sila.. Squats" ... and Cardio ) pagdating sa teenagers , di naman kailangan level ng pang bodybuilder In my opion itong dalawa pinaka importante ( Nutrition and Rest ) Eat Balanced and a healthy Amount ( use common sense ) Regular Good Sleep ( Google nyo nlng yung deep sleep at growth hormones ) -.-.- meron pa sigurado ibang mga tulong, pero ito yung part na may magagawa yung tao ( swerte nlng ng iba na nasa Genetics, tulad ng pamangkin ko ) spinal decompression through hanging at " leg pulling " tulad ng sa video na to = temporary increase in height , or baka may tulong din to pag ginawa ng >60 days or even since during puberty , idk.
