I was really surprised to see my HS friends (na guys) when I saw them again and they were all taller than me. I asked them what their secret and they said they masturbated everyday (sometimes more than once a day). Not sure though if they were saying the truth. I know their parents, hindi naman matatangkad so impossible na they got it from their genes. Try nyo din and update us. :P

Coincidental occurence of onswt of masturbation and growth spurt. We guys grow taller by a foot at age 12-15.thats also the time when self pleasuring is maximized. Also consider that the average height per generation increases dahil mas madami vitamins and minerals food natin compared with them. Pwede din anak sila ng kapitbahay na matangkad haha

If you are still in your teens . . .

Take Cherifer everyday. 

And don't forget Ancient Chinese Medicine.  

Those kids who are know are consistently taking it are now over 5'8",  Some guys are now over 6 feet.  And don't forget swimming and basketball.

Eat more protein habang Bata pa...less carbs if possible..

Wag magpuyat...matulog ng dapat habang Bata pa...may reason bakit Tayo pinapatulog noong Bata pa Tayo pag hapon maliban sa ayaw ng mga matatanda na may sinasaway sila..

Take growth supplements kung may additional budget...

Kung kaya, sa college kana mag-training uminom ng alakat manigarilyo...

Yun lang muna....

sa mga over 25 or 21 years old ... wag ka na umasa,

dapat bata palang, mga grade 1 onwards hangang 21, meron routine ( lalo na during Puberty, dito mo dapat ituro sa anak yung gagawin para tumangkad siya  )

ito nlng naaalala ko nung nag research ako

enough Sunlight
stay active ( wag puro Computer tulad ng ginawa ko )
Basic Fitness ( Strength training "esp. Squats" ... and Cardio ) pagdating sa teenagers , di naman kailangan level ng pang bodybuilder

In my opion itong dalawa pinaka importante ( Nutrition and Rest )

Eat Balanced and a healthy Amount ( use common sense  )
Regular Good Sleep ( Google nyo nlng yung deep sleep at growth hormones )

meron pa sigurado ibang mga tulong, pero ito yung part na may magagawa yung tao ( swerte nlng ng iba na nasa Genetics, tulad ng pamangkin ko )

spinal decompression through hanging at " leg pulling " tulad ng sa video na to = temporary increase in height , or baka may tulong din to pag ginawa ng >60 days or even since during puberty , idk.
