Mandingo Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 (edited) i'm a lazy guy when it comes to workouts but i'll tell ya what worked for me and something i actually enjoy doing. I walk for 1 hour every day around my village and I substituted brown rice for white rice. After six months I went down from 210 pounds to 155 and still dropping. I had a big tummy at one point(so big I could no longer bend to tie my laces) but now things are back to normal. I'm not buff or anything but I am also no longer obese(my ideal non-obese range is 143-158) so I'm a happy camper. walking helps me clear my head so it's both physically and mentally beneficial for me.
