endomorph here, was cut before the pandemic, but couldn't get my lower abs to pop. fast forward to pandemic and now, gained all the stomach fat back. what worked for me before was to veer your body away from insulin resistance (intermittent fast + zero sugar) and then lift weights. on that journey again now, pretty tough road ahead haha

Discipline on Lowering your Calorie intake (Fasting, Calorie Deficit Diet)

Exercise to "Use" your Calorie intake, usually marami na ddisappoint kasi they exercise a lot but showing no to negligible results.

You will need both, never do crash diet and exercise. Do it slowly para maka adjust yung katawan.
