doctorquack01 Posted July 26 Share Posted July 26 endomorph here, was cut before the pandemic, but couldn't get my lower abs to pop. fast forward to pandemic and now, gained all the stomach fat back. what worked for me before was to veer your body away from insulin resistance (intermittent fast + zero sugar) and then lift weights. on that journey again now, pretty tough road ahead haha Quote Link to comment
