NoodleMaker Posted August 30, 2022 Share Posted August 30, 2022 napaliit ko tyan ko with a combination of exercise alcohol reduction increased sleep intermittent fasting modified my diet to eat only veggies twice a week - without rice sadly nag-plateau na ako so may konting body fat pa rin. I think you can reduce it a little more by doing ab workouts bro -- the usual crunches, leg raises, oblique exercises... aside from cutting sugar, more protein sa diet, creatine and whey etc..
