handsomebob Posted April 5, 2022 Share Posted April 5, 2022 nag shrink yung stomach ko nung PANDEMIC.....i followed yung isang APP na lose belly fat then get abs.... nag work naman siya pero nung nag resume yung buhay (meaning bumaba na yung cases, naging level 1 and 2..)_ nawala yung abs ko, napalitan ng tyan uli saka taba hahahaha kaya I make sure to work out everyday with focus sa ABS.. handsomebob Posted April 16, 2022 Share Posted April 16, 2022 track your MACROS -- basta magka calorie deficit ka then do some ab exercises......trust me nag work ang mga AB WORKOUT....lumiit tyan ko pero yung maintenance yung mahirap kaya pag AB DAY -- i go hard.....incline sit ups na may weight.... plus going to bed on time and waking up on time on the same time...
