SeratoDJ Posted March 7, 2022 Share Posted March 7, 2022 this is real effective for me. been doing this the past 4 years. usually a month before hitting the beach removes the bloated look in a month's time (or less). and its not that hard to do. 1. no rice - replace with veggies 2. no soda 3. no milktea 4. no fraps - just black coffee 5. daily brisk walking for about an hour (or 2) 1 Quote Link to comment
