xandercage137 Posted July 15, 2011 Share Posted July 15, 2011 lipo? but seriously a good way to really build your abs is engage in sports like basketball, badminton and wall climbing wherein you need to make sudden bursts of movements. it tightens your muscles not just your abs. moreover i personally prefer the look of my muscles compared to the gym buffs. muscles build through sudden movements are much more compact to look at compared to gym muscles wherein biceps looks like thighs . in a way you can call it toned muscles. btw look at our best friend it always moves really fast toned na toned Quote Link to comment

Firstly, dapat decided ka talaga na mag paliit ng tyan, baka naman seasonal lang yan LOL dapat may goal "wear you old jeans?" I must say that it's really a lifestyle change. Isipin mo na lang ang mga Lifestyle related diseases ( diabetes, hypertension, etc ) not to mention hindi attractive sa girls.At pag malaki tyan mo nag mumukha ka ng tatay kahit hindi kapa tatay dava? Once you are decided, 1.commit to work out 3 times a day. Do Strength Training and a sport that you like 2. you might want to try a high protein, less carbs diet, no sodas, no coffee (okay sugar-free), no juices, no fruits muna, no anything with color even gatorade!.
