Avoid fatty foods, fast foods, junk foods and flavored beverages(mataas calories ng mga to). Workout: Ideally running is a good way to burn fats. Condition muna yung body nyo by walking. Both do the same result on the body. Next, strength exercise. Since belly fat ang target mo, give extra routines para sa core exercise mo.
