1. *Diet*: Eat whole foods, veggies, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Cut back on processed foods, sugar, and saturated fats.
2. *Exercise*: Mix cardio (jogging, cycling) with strength training (core workouts, weights).
3. *Stress management*: Try meditation or yoga.
4. *Sleep*: Aim for 7-8 hours nightly.

Meal plan: as stated by others. Calorific deficiency diet. Less cabs and more protein and fiber food intake. Avoid fatty foods, fast foods, junk foods and flavored beverages(mataas calories ng mga to).

Workout: Ideally running is a good way to burn fats. Condition muna yung body nyo by walking. Both do the same result on the body. Next, strength exercise. Since belly fat ang target mo, give extra routines para sa core exercise mo.

Been doing this for a month and from 33 inch waist to 30 inch na ko ngayon.
