track your MACROS -- basta magka calorie deficit ka then do some ab exercises......trust me nag work ang mga AB WORKOUT....lumiit tyan ko pero yung maintenance yung mahirap kaya pag AB DAY -- i go hard.....incline sit ups na may weight....

:)

plus going to bed on time and waking up on time on the same time...

may MACROS na APP and log in mo yung mga kinain mo ...

tapos mag walking ka lang muna mga 8000 steps per day plus diet, tanggal yang tyan mo in time..

in my case, i am seeing the 4pack na....the lower belly fat na lang, motherf**king hard na mawala....LOL

Yah, belly fat is the hardest to trim. My goal is to get in shape for the 2nd half of the year. Thanks bro
