this is real effective for me. been doing this the past 4 years. usually a month before hitting the beach :D removes the bloated look in a month's time (or less). and its not that hard to do. 

1. no rice - replace with veggies

2. no soda

3. no milktea

4. no fraps - just black coffee

5. daily brisk walking for about an hour (or 2)

nag shrink yung stomach ko nung PANDEMIC.....i followed yung isang APP na lose belly fat then get abs....

nag work naman siya pero nung nag resume yung buhay (meaning bumaba na yung cases, naging level 1 and 2..)_ nawala yung abs ko, napalitan ng tyan uli saka taba hahahaha

kaya I make sure to work out everyday with focus sa ABS..

PUSH -- PULL -- LEG day 6x a week, rest day SUNDAY (cardio)
