teegas Posted June 3, 2018 Share Posted June 3, 2018 30 minutes jogging then 2glasses of cold water then 3k sit-ups per day....i usually have a waist line of 39 but after 3months tryng this, may waist line downed to 30 Maliit pa ang tiyan ko pero papunta na ako sa age(25) na lalaki gaya ng mga kapatid ko. Kaya maganda sigurong gawin ko na situps to prevent that larger waist. Nasa 31" kasalukuyan beywang ko. Salamat kapatid sa advice. Quote Link to comment

Pero pag 40+ na, mawawala talaga yung 6-pack abs unless full time work mo is bodybuilding or you're taking roids. But flat and firm abs will do for me. You can add honey for flavoring.15-20 mins High Interval intensity Training early in the morning before breakfast. You don't have change diet.
