Guys in the gym seldom do their abs exercises but they are like beast in pumping irons, kusang nalabas na yung mga pandesal nila sa tsan. Kayo? Do you see body builders often do ab exercises? Apparently my calorie intake was twice as much as my body needed. Went from 170lbs to 145lbs jus because of eating less.
