If staying within the metro cebu, look for ayers and cnt, house of lechon and ricos are basically the same, HOL is just rebranding because of issues between ricos and an ex-politician. Last on my bucket list would be zubuchon. If you are willing to spend time to travel for the best cebu lechon it's outside of metro cebu. Or if you're  traveling south  to oslob or moalboal, don't forget to drop by carcar public market
