Is it possible to have epididymitis that is caused by gonorrhea even without a discharge?

Or, should I have a discharge for it to be caused by gonorrhea?

 

I have no pain during urination.

My officemate's freaking out, woke me up while sleeping earlier after work. He says there's something wrong with his thing; has some pus coming out and he feels a burning sensation while peeing. I googled it, and all signs point to gonorrhe. Any suggestions on what he should do? Any antibiotics he can take, and if so, can he get it OTC?

gonorrhea is treatable with antibiotics but the protocol for treatment requires a one-time antibiotic injection and an oral antibiotic as follow thru. I dont think you can buy them otc and its a lot harder to inject it if one is not trained properly. I suggest he consults with an internist or urologist

Depende sa indication. Ang Flagyl o Metronidazole ay ginagamit sa iba't ibang klaseng infection.

 

Sana'y iwasan na mag self-medicate ng gamot na ito dahil may iba't-ibang side effects ito tulad ng pagkahilo, pagduduwal, sakit ng tiyan, pagtatae, pagkawala ng malay, kumbulsyon, at iba pa. Ipinagbabawal din uminom ng beer o alcohol ang mga taong binibigyan ng metronidazole.

last 2 years po diagnosed ako na may Epididymitis tapos sabi inom daw ako ciproflaxacin 1 week. uminom naman ako tapos nwala..

 

den after nun 2 years bumalik un sakit sa bayag ko.nag patest ako ulit sabi naman gonorrhea.treat nman xa kaso masakit pa rin un bayag ko...

 

umiinom po ako ng ciproflaxacin 2 weeks na po and un sakit po sa bayag d pa rin nawawala. any recommendations po/..
