imho sir...this kind of contact may transmit some disease entity..not including those that are transmitted solely by mucosal o body fluid contact...for instance...pediculosis like the topic tackled from previous posts here may be transmitted even to single contact not necessarily sexual contact for the fact that theyre ectoparasite that tend to infect outside the body of the individual..and also herpes virus that can be also transmitted by direct contact...though not infecting the bare skin but more likely in skin that are lined by mucosal layers...and also if ever the microbes <e.g. gonococcal> tend to reach certain areas of the body like the eyes may cause infection...

there are several types of these "wart looking" growths some are even difficult to classify....it may be seen as the normal fordyce or "pearly white papules" and the pathological lesions caused by herpes virus, human papilloma virus and even the common folliculitis.. it would really be proper to seek consult a professional to identify such to ease your mind if so..esp when you have sexual contact more so if unrpotected... you can check the link i posted few post back to have some idea what i posted here...hth
