ANO PO TYPE OF TEST ANG DAPAT PAG GUS2 MO MALAMN MAY STD KA AND MAGKANO?

Depende, to screen for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia, you have to do gram stain or culture of urethral fluids/discharge.

For Syphilis, VDRL or RPR.

For HIV, HIV ELISA.

For Hepatitis B or C, HBsAg or HCV ELISA.

AFAIK, wala pang screening tests for Herpes.

Whenever I ask a girl from MP's, they will always say that they have monthly blood tests. does anyone know what diseases they test for and is it really being done monthly without fail as they said?

Thanks in advance

I actually have no idea but I'm assuming that most city health offices/STD clinics would routinely do gram stain examinations of the cervico-vaginal area to screen for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia and serologic testing for Syphilis. I'm not so sure if HIV or Hepatitis screening is being routinely done by these clinics.

Well, at this point can you still do anything about it? You've done the deed regardless of the possible consequences. Have an HIV test for your peace of mind, if you want.

Dude, I don't see any problems with consulting at a mall clinic. Why the fuss?

Your competent GP, family physician, internist or infectious disease specialist, or urologist would be able to assess and treat you properly.

Question;;

can you contract HIV from cunnilingus?

I've read from several HIV related threads that the chances of contracting HIV from Oral sex is very low...how true is this?

isn't the skin of our toungue the same as that of our penis?

as in any other form of sexual contact, there is always the danger of contracting an STD from cunnilingus...

studies seem to support the notion that oral sex does not give you as high a probability of getting STD as straight-up sex, but it`s still there my friend...

although the tongue is primarily muscle, cunnilingus can cause tearing of the muscle fibers creating pathways for hazardous organisms to enter the bloodstream...

it`s not just HIV, there are other infectious STD`s you should be wary of (e.g. herpes, HPV, gonorrhea, etc.) which are more easily transmissible than HIV...

if you`re not sure of what you`re eating bro, think twice...

Try mo Edsa Polyclinic sa Cubao along EDSA. Near Ramon Magsaysay High School. First time consultation P500 kasama na lab tests.

Pag na balisawsaw ka (frequent urination, more than normal) tapos sumasakit lower back and sides mo, it's probably chlamydia. It acts up when you eat certain foods as well such as kinds of pork, poultry etc.

Can kissing on the mouth can give you diseases?

fyi bro, unfortunately the human mouth is home to a multitude of microorganisms, both harmless and harmful...

kissing is a very efficient way of transferring and acquiring these bugs... it involves exchange of saliva and fluids kasi...

kissing is pleasurable talaga, kaya lang there`s always the danger of getting something "nasty" din...

Just to add to what peterparker said - there's actually such a thing called "kissing disease" aka infectious mononucleosis. It's an infection caused by the Epstein Barr virus but it's self-limiting and complications such as meningitis, GBS and myocarditis tend to be rare.

tanong lang..please answer:

my girlfriend has 3 pimples sa skin ng mga pubic hair niya sa taas ng vagina nya.hindi dun sa mismong vagina

dun lang kung saan nag sashave..STD syptom ba to?

bro, ano b itsura nung "pimples" na sinasabi mo..?

kamukha ba nung nakikita sa mukha or parang bulutong ang dating nya..?

masakit b daw siya pag hinawakan or itchy ba...?

it can ba just pimples nga, as areas with many sebaceous glands katulad sa pubic area can develop it nga or it can be a manifestation of an STD...

pain sa pubic area mo may suggest that you might have contracted an STD since you said na this developed after you had unprotected sex... i`m guessing sa MP or with a PSP...?

i`m not too familiar sa Pasig-Taytay area bro, i`m from southern metro manila area kasi...

maybe the other md`s in this thread might know some clinics you can go to...
