there are several types of these "wart looking" growths some are even difficult to classify....it may be seen as the normal fordyce or "pearly white papules" and the pathological lesions caused by herpes virus, human papilloma virus and even the common folliculitis.. it would really be proper to seek consult a professional to identify such to ease your mind if so..esp when you have sexual contact more so if unrpotected... you can check the link i posted few post back to have some idea what i posted here...hth

like the advice of sir otitis..its better to classify by a lic physician...like what kind of wart do you have...

 

i wouldnt suggest using the anti wart cream unless given to you by a licensed physician after checking you out.. some of the "anti wart cream" may not be suited to the kind of skin youll be applying it to it may be that harsh to burn your skin specially if applied to the "more sensitive" parts of the body...

 

somecommon etiology for those warts.. it may be cause by HPV or human papilloma virus which may be painless/asymptomatic..the wart may be fleshy without any signs of inflammation... another may be cause by herpes type 2...which may present with painful vesicles/fluid filled lesions that may rupture and ulcerate after...

 

before applying anything its really advisable to consult a dermatologist for proper identification and proper management in your case..self medicating may do harm than good..because lots of things can be considered..leave that to your favorite physician.. hth

only a prof with clinical eye could rule out that its not abnormal...so better have it checked with your derma...since they are specialized in identifying such lesions... a urologist will also be ok hth

ok sir.. there are times that the meatus/tip of the penis gets irritated due to different factors like trauma or chemicals e.g.soaps lotion etc.. if this happens it may cause mild inflammation of the meatus termed balanitis.. as you may notice that it is usually red and wrinkled.. and during urination you may also feel mild discomfort as the urine reaches the tip..there may also be multiple streams o parang kalat yung ihi sa unang labas. i asked you if you ever had previous infections since this may contribute to the symptom na parang may residual urine.. chronic infection may damage the urethral lining that may cause constriction.. so if thats not the case you dont have to be alarmed... the inflammation usually subside without treatment otherwise you can have a urological consult if it will not heal by itself..hth
