As much as possible if nakakaranas na kayo ng dysuria (hapdi sa pagihi), flank pains, fever, pakonsulta na kayo sa doctor. Lalo na if may sores kayong napansin sa ari. And for hiv screening, if nagkaunprotected sex kayo, indi lalabas agad kung positive yan, need muna mag antay ng 3 months kasi kakaunti pa yung viral load para madetect. So pede maging false negative yung result.

hi guys! i have 2 months on/off STD on my body right now... binigyan ako ng gamot ng doctor 2x azithromycin tablet tsaka ceftriaxone(injection) after that gradually nawawala na yung kati and tulo pero after a couple of weeks bumabalik na naman yung tulo niya so nagpa checkup ulit ako then same lang binigay na gamot saken pero ganon na naman ang nangyari.. gradually ako gumagaling then after a couple of weeks ee may tulo na naman ako.. no sex ako until now pero di ko alam bat parang di namamatay yung bacteria sa katawan ko..planning to go back sa doctor pero tuesday pa sched niya so for now water therapy lang ako pero bat ganon nag negative din ako sa urine culture 2 days incubation period. nakakatakot na to any thoughts why?

 

edit... yung tulo ko is clear naman yung color then may times yellowish siya pero di madalas and now yung balls ko may slight pain or weird feeling na nararamdaman.

after a week from having unprotected sex napansin ko na yung symptoms then nagpunta agad ako doctor for checkup agad agad din binigyan ako nung gamot pero kinabukasan pa ako nakapagpaturok... ayun humihina siya pero di gumagaling. nagpacheckup na ako ulit this time binigyan ako ng 10x azithromycin another injection for the 3rd time and we'll see.. i'm checking herbal remedies na din kasi parang hindi na gumagaling to bumabalik balik kahit no sexual activity until now.

update... on May 5 i was given a 3rd shot of Ceftriaxone and 10x azithromycin to be taken daily... today is the day na wala na ako tinetake na gamot and nagsubside naman yung discharge... monitor ko daw after a week kung may possible growth ulit.. negative ako s urine culture and uranalysis is malinis naman daw so dapat wala na daw ako STD. hopefully this time okay na talaga ako

san po pwede magpacheck ng tulo? naka experience kasi ako ng discharge sa penis but no pain at all. nagpaurinalysis ako sa SM medical city at may mga bacteria na nakita at mataas ang count ng pus cells. binigyan ako ng anti biotics ciprofloxacin 500mg. balik daw ako pag di nawala ng discharge at baka tulo daw. medyo intimidating yung doctor kaya parang ayoko na bumalik dun for another test.

hindi nakikita eh sa culture negative lagi or no growth for the 48 hours incubation luumalabas. nagrequest nga ako tagalan for 5 days ayaw eh. Urinalysis ko naman 22 lang yung bacteria nakita so okay daw yun mababa sa meter nila... pag daw nagka discharge ako na malakas pa check daw ulit ako sa urinalysis so monitoring pa lang ako pero kahapon nagka discharge ako yellowish na naman pero no symptoms except dun haaaay nako

That's weird bro walang pain, pero may tulo, makati urethra mo? So pangatlong shot mo na ng ceftriaxone and 10x azithromycin, hindi parin nawawala! Gad iba na talaga bacteria. Anyway thanks for sharing your ordeal, at best we your fellow GMs can learn from it. Please continue to update us ano na next suggestion ng Doc.

I can relate with mrloogz. Though in my case hindi na ako binigyan ng injection the second time nagpacheck ako. Nung bumalik ako sa uro nung february ang sabi e magaling na daw ako and not to mind yung weird na parang white flakes na nakikita ko sa brief. Sabi ko masakit likod ko then sinabihan ako na magpacheck sa ortho. Update us na lang bro kung ano makakasolve ng problem na yan. Im thinking of going to a different doctor soon.

Yup. Gonorrhea and Chlam ata. When I visited the doc nung July or August last year, ang binigay din na gamot is yung tablet na 1 time then injection. After that nag ok naman ako tapos bumalik uli so nagpacheck uli ako sa uro. This time ang sabi sa kin yung tablet lang take ko. One time lang din. Gumaling uli. Then this year, sumama uli pakiramdam ko. Di naman masakit yung pag ihi kaso may parang white dry stuff natitira sa brief. Makikita lang yun pag naka black brief. Pag white, wala. Di mapapansin. Bumalik uli ako sa uro then sabi niya baka naiisip ko na lang yan. Malakas na daw gamot. That was Feb. Ngayon medyo sumasama uli pakiramdam ko. Walang pain sa pag ihi pero feel ko basa parati tip ng penis ko pero d tumutulo. Magpapacheck ako uli soon pero sa ibang doctor na. Btw, urinalysis lang and ultrasound ginagawang test sa kin lagi. Negative naman. Weird.

Update! May 28 i got my urinalysis and urine culture results which shows that im clean. Sabi ni doc baka daw nasa isip ko na lang ang mga nangyayari and just continue to observe kasi daw kung meron yan lumabas na daw yan sa mga tests na ginawa.
