The soup is really good ... savoury, little spicy, (walang sinabi ung soup sa Pho Bac)... the beef are yummy, just right chewiness

The noodles are HAND PULLED .. you can hear the mainlander guy ... banging the dough on their aluminum table ... stretching the noodles to the right consistency and right thickness ... drops it on boiling water ..... VOILA

 

The Kutchay dumplings are cooked even in the insides .... free tea .... free water
