normally not covered by HMOs. 

u can check support groups such as Love Yourself but there are several types of tests for STD depending on what symptoms you have. normally the free ones are just urine tests or swabs with a low accuracy rate on the panel. 

best option is to go to an actual clinic or hospital for a full scale ELISA test and other STD blood test panels. probably will cost 4k for everything. its usually confidential plus if you really feel the need for an excuse (you dont need one, they ask but just for formality) of why you need one, some ofw work like seafarers are required to take one.

also lack of energy to exercise because of stress. headache na nga after all the excel files sa office, ambigat sa feeling kahit maglakad sa tindahan doble pagod. 

kaya kakain and matutulog. kaya never macontrol even with meds.

yes it is. esp xigduo, which is metformin ++. 

the idea of any diabetes related medication is to level the sugar burning components, which in turn would flush the sugar intake out. so it might also increase chances of uti. 

am betting the low sugar diet wont help too (nonfat milk, oatmeal, less carbs and more leafy veggies etc). most foods that help with stool (banana, rice, bread) are high up on the sugar level.

kung may budget ka naman for overnight. i think i saw some units for rent sa columns and sa beacon and rise for like 2k - 2.5k per night. para isang tawid lang.

dunkin used to have better bunwiches and croissants. now its as generic as 711. masarap pa nga 3cheese sandwich ng 711.

i miss le couer de france. mejo na ooverpricean ako ng slight sa mga boulangeries like paul. not sa food, but they do have crappy service for the price.

maxs also used to have a very good clubhouse sandwich for less than 200. may chips pang kasama. wala na sa menu.
