  1. HI Sir,

Just a questions... Coz my previous employer deducted 612.50/month fror my SSS loan, kaso nakita ko, year 2005 lang sila nag remit d p kumpleto. Aug 2004 ako start magbayad tru my employer. Right now, I transferred to another company since December 2005.

    1. Is there away to reprimand my previous employer for not properly remitting the right amt of loan payment they collected from me? Kasi I was hoping to get a new loan by August 2006 sana pero lumalabas kulang contributions ko.

    2. What do I need to to para makapag deduct ung new employer ko for the remaining months up until ma satisfy ko ung loan supposed to be sa August this year?

    3. I really wanted to complain my ex employer kasi salbahe sayang ung mga binawas di naman ni remit.. How can I report my previous company.. Pls help..

    Thanks in advance..

Well, this are the things that most employee should be aware off, most employer deducting sss to each employee should always pay its remitances on time but it can be delayed depending on their situation, so meaning (based from my experience), my employer is taking this advantage, they told me that they already remitted it, they said maybe its not just posted yet online but i tried checking and wiating for it its been 5 motnh since ive waited but it the remitances that should be there does not really remitted since my current employer is now paying it and from my employment history online thru sss wala ung previous employer ko thinking that they have their rep*tation on one of the "best daw institution" f*ck them i really got frustrated with it since it happen to me 3 times from my previous employers...damn their responsibility, i think the government should take care of this or watch for it, since most employee are not ware of it, bago pa malaman ng iba ubos na pera nila....

    as for your question purple

    1. you can sue them as long as you have your payslip from your previous employer, its the best evidence you can have. I did think of it before but since We're working do you think we will spend alot of time for this? well it's up to you... :D

    2. nde ko pa alam kasi nde pako nglo loan but i think Sir izzecoh can answer that...

    3. Almost same as no. 1 marami salbahe employer :peace: :thumbsupsmiley:

  2. that means kulang ang tax withheld by your company. probably because of a wrong comp*tation or hindi pa sila nag-adjust for year-end.

wat do you mean ok here is my full situation ive been working in my current company since aug 2005 and they asked for my ITR from the previous employer, so i gave them a copy of it, then they told me i should pay my tax due, or kung gusto ko daw ibabawas sa salary ko, bkt ako meron nun(tax due)? tnx for the reply...

  3. Just wanna asked lang sir izzecoh if you know lang po, pag ngpaupgrade ba ako ng pag-ibig contributions like for examples qualify ako sa 350 pesos same din ba dapat ibigay ng employer ko? kasi sa site nila sabi kelangan equal kami while sa hotline nila nde daw required and employer na tapatan ung contributions ko.

  4. thanks :)

pero, kelangan ba registered na agad sa dti or sec before mag-operate or okay lang na mag-operated na habang nilalakad ung papers?how long kaya ng processing?n, how much?

actually kung malakas loob mo and if the place is not that obvious to police it s okey but to eliminate wories better start it with the papers, bout how much? in SEC registration there is an express registration from worth 300 pesos i guess thru that you will not be prompt to be interviewed of what business are you going to established. While i think kasabay na rin nito ang DTI kasi dun na ata kukunin ung form ng SEC kasi DTI muna bago SEC...

    np hope these helps!

  5. i am into buy and sell business for quite a while. but right now i am planning to have a partner.we would be having a place where to sell the stuff.how should i legalize the business?what else do i need aside from the business permit (how to avail, how much etc.)? do we need to register it at sec or dti before we could start?help please :)

    thanks!

usually to legalizaed your business you have to be SEC registered, DTI Business permit, then sya ka lang punta ng Local municipality, para sa business permit. Kung san kayo mag tatayo ng business dun kayo kukuha ng Business Permit. hope this helps
