  3. Hey!

Masaya parin kalaro type I, huwag lang pustahan :D

  4. My philosophy - "We mortals live to become miserable"

That's because when life has no challenge, then it is meaningless. Why care to seek for a life's meaning if there already are problems? Our first problem is 'how to sustain life', next is 'how to make use of the spare time above from the time spent in sustaining life', and third is 'how to make more time to use above from the time spent in sustaining life and the time used to make use and using spare time.'

I guess this is enough reason to live.

  5. yehey! another thinker.

Another thing is, whenever we post to answer another post, there is this great feeling, this beautiful spark inside, this "Leap of Arrogance".

Like when you know you are more knowledgable of the topic thread and you'd butt in and say it with a slap in the face ("You're wrong... I'm right... Close this thread, I have the last words").

Well, it's the moderators who always had the last words - "Thread Closed".

    :mtc:

  6. (I have a vision :) )

If you prefer not to bother administering for 6 days a week, try nga buying franchises like:

    Food - Andok's, Julie's Bakeshop, Scott,...

Non-food - Ink Man, Netopia (12 computers lang muna), Ricky Reyes Salon(?), Lavandera Ko

Pero kung into the challenge of building and growing an owned business, I prefer siyempre yung gamay na gamay.

    1) Put up a cooperative - invite members na tig-100k ang share. The nature of the cooperative will accord to you and your members expertise.

    2) Sole-proprietorship. Hire freshly grad professionals.

    1) Bottling/Distribution - Asia Brewery, San Miguel, Coke, Pop

  7. I joined MTC February last year (and started posting 9 months later). While I was reading posts, I thought and asked myself, "who in their right mind would brave to post here?"

I guess the answer now is, "WE ALL DID!!!"

Yes. We all did had right minds. Just like having a right mind was a thing of the past. "We all did ... had right minds."

    :mtc:

  8. im an interior designer graduating this march.. we have a family biz but i dont want to work there. i want to be a freelance designer or push my tiangge biz, but ang question ko is may money ba dun?

i dont want to be stuck kasi sa office 9-5 doing paperworks lang..

Regarding you know yourself enough, I suggest you first scout. Make sure there's a market for your product or service and you know where the best spot is. Try mingling with other people in your league and check if their business do prosper. Immitate their style and try. At this stage you must not gamble all you got, just test the water. You will need time and determination here. You musn't just do this part because you know you can easily let it go. The point is you get most of what you want to learn from this and more other things (experience, connections, communication, business ethics, ...) eventually.

After this: CONSIDER YOUR MARKET AS ONE OF YOUR RESOURCES. This will give you a better view of the situation. There are different ways to do this, I hope you get my point.

From this onward I think you can (play) business already. Still more stages to go pa.

Stick with anything that is close to you and close to whatever you are offering. And get to know your potentials and new skills and the market's. Good luck
