  1. Even in Scriptures, the early Christians braced for the second coming and anticipated the end of the world.  Maybe we all experience the end of the world when we die.  When we recover consciousness in the afterlife,  we either see Jesus welcome us,  Or like the rich man who ignored Lazarus the temple beggar, now beg Jesus to ask Lazarus, or his equivalent in our generation, ho help us ease the pain of punishment.

Or more vertical skyways. SMC seems bent on investing for more tollways that will bypass major roads and permit less traffic flow on high pressure areas. These solutions are being implemented already.   I use the airport exchange and it really helps a lot.

  3. I am just sharing what I picked up online on history,  A good historian declares that facts are eternal. The facts can be verified and confirmed but opinions are varied and at times contradictory. Thus facts are the basis for historical Truth.

Karl Marx is a German journalist assigned to cover the American Civil War. In the course of his work, he was able to correspond with President Abraham Lincoln, who mentioned Marx once in a letter.

Lincoln is renowned to remind America of duty to God and fought a war to abolish slavery.  Marx meanwhile is a Jew, maybe an atheist. From the Gospels, Jesus declared that the Jew will not see him again until the Day of the Lord. This needs careful attention since apart from making Jews the first people who were given the Gospels, they are also destined to be the Last.  They exist as a sign that despite their claim to be closest to God, Jesus, who is the Way, Truth and Life has hidden himself from them. Jesus is the Light of the World and the people who walk in darkness are the Jews, who after Jesus left, had to return into walking in the dark.

Lincoln stands tall as the US President who put his country on the right path.  For this reason, America has been blessed.  God Bless America!

Marx meanwhile became the seed of defiance. A Jew will have the excuse not to see the Way that Lincoln followed. He is made blind by the Word of the Lord. Jesus forgave them for they do not know what they are doing.  Yes, the Jewish mob and the Pharisees who influenced them, murdered Jesus since at the time, they were already made blind to the Truth.  Those who follow Marx may be what Jesus cautions as blind men following blind guides. But Marx was not even that popular in his lifetime. His ideas were made into a religion by others like Engles, who for a time was resident of New York City. The movement that started Marxism was likely started from the USA, and supported by those who lost to Lincoln. They are today's Democrat liberals, if Lincoln is the true Republican conservative.

Therefore it is no simple matter of pro or anti America.  Apo Marcos was convinced that the left is responsible for removing him from office. He was correct. The fact is US Democrat Senators pressured him to leave office. But this input about how Marxism started may shatter the paradigm that America stands faithful to God the Almighty. That is a grave mistake since many a same sex marriage, abortion and anti Life movements, which are abominations under Scriptures are not being faithful to God at all, but propagated today here and in the USA more so.

I am no Jew. Thus, my ability to see the Way Truth and Life is not impaired.  What about you? God tore the kingdom away from the Jews and gave it to the Gentiles, which is a metaphor of the story of Saul, Israel's first king. Saul lost favor and God tore the kingdom away from Saul and gave it to David instead.

Ako ang di mo gets, ang unang Punto ko ay dapat bigyan ng PRIORITY ang mahihirap na matalino.

Kun matalino, dapat meron alternate system that will sustain both livelihood and intellectual pursuit.  In Germany, because they suffered from warfare, many are poor and displaced. The solution is to create a parallel system where people can shift between classroom or scholastic, and technical or factory/industry systems.  If you are poor, the best way is to work in the technical system but allow public acknowledgement that will upgrade level of credentials even at work.  Should a person attain financial independence or funding comfort, then he can shift to a scholastic system and attend classes formally.

  5. It is wise that you took the offer for education secretary. The NPA and most of the brainwashed are victims of education. A lot of the democracies now imprement open book policies rather than textbook approach to educate their citizens. This is in line with Scientific Procedure that more or less permits the person to test and verify the Truths that knowledge presents.

Besides, let us take advantage of the Information Age instead of succumbing to demagoguery .  Demagoguery creates prejudices and arouses anger and resentment against people without understanding how it is to be on the other side.

Philippines national debt 1961 was $0.36b. do you know what it was at 1986? $28.26b! go figure you it out for yourselves. Do you not see how big that jump that is? 2022 na, tayo pa rin ang nag babayad ng tax sa inutang nila, we will still be paying that tax till 2025! Ano?! BBM pa?

The problem of debt happened because the gold standard had been dismissed. The soaring of debt came from both economic growth and world military conflicts. Economic growth climbed to new highs and mining of metals just cannot keep up with the frenzy of activities too. If you do not believe, then focus on what is going on in the USA today.

What is bothersome is when Marcos was ousted, the hidden wealth was well documented and appraised to be at least 10 Billion dollars, mostly in US Real Estate.  It was SGV accounting firm that leaked the amount since the purchase was assisted by their outfit.  This choice of REAL ESTATE property soared in value. By the time Marcos was in exile, then president George Bush, the father of GWB, offered to repudiate all debts of the Philippines in exchage for this set of Hidden Wealth that the PCGG had an impossible task to liquidate.

This offer by a sitting US President was telecast worldwide. It was on CNN news feed then. But Cory was not shrewd. If she had accepted the offer, then Filipinos would have become debt free.  As a debt free nation, we would have automatic high credit rating and Filipinos can have fresh borrowings much easier and at lower interests because they have good standing. On the other hand, the Hidden Wealth was a lot more than its value prior to 1986 and if the deal went through, it would have been profitable for Americans to have the choice collection of prime estate.  The exchange would have been clearly a win win situation.

Yet Cory, without consulting at least SGV or the Filipino banker community, instantly decided to  ask for more debts WITHOUT retiring the existing debt. Her response was to ultimately add more debt burden instead. She made her decision during a recorded or HISTORICAL speech, in front of the US Congress.  In the meantime the PCGG failed to liquidate Marcos' assets. The PCGG created legal impediments by sequestration of the assets, freezing them to prevent use and disposal.  The PCGG got no provision for security and maintenance and allowed the sequestered assets to deteriorate physically over the years. From 10 Billion dollars, the assets today lost 8 Billion dollars in value due to poor security and maintenance.  Moreover the real estate bubble that happened in the 1980s burst a few times since, leaving these once prime estate collection in physical ruin and neglect and a heavy tax burden that they now ask the heirs of Marcos to pay.

  7. I am hearing cries of despair, regret and  frustrations from the outcome of this elections.  However, just over 2 weeks ago, the lead was extraordinary, more than half favored BBM.  Leni could not even get past 30%.  The opposition was disorganized and candidates were being forced to abandon the race publicly. This created a backlash. Non BBM candidates turned against Leni because they were punlicly insulted to give up. Instead of uniting the opposition, the opposition turned against the pink party.

To help maintain support, the Pink party used a parallel poll. This poll showed they lead, Of course during her birthday bash, the 10 million shortfall was a problem for Leni supporters and the pressure was on pinkies to force people to vote their choice rather than exercise some kind of propriety by understanding that individuals got the right to exercise free choice. The instruction to influence people by forcing one's choice upon another was terribly wrong and inconsistent with freedom.

Considering the evidence that the pinkies have made poor decisions for this election, today there is effort to force an audit as if they got a lead ever since, which is quite far from the Truth. Do they understand that the evidence is strong they had made too many mistakes?

Direct benefit I don’t know! But there is a lot at stake right now in this election. What is ironic is that 2022 is the 50th year since Martial Law was declared in the Philippines and the candidate leading in the survey is the son of the dictator 🤣🤣🤣

Seriously there is a possibility of us going back to the Martial Law days if he actually wins😭😭😭

Those fears are misplaced. BBM is of different generation. The opposition themselves are verbally bullying the candidate for being dumb despite qualifying for Oxford entrance exams. If he is that dumb, I suppose he will not be admitted to the school.   If he is seen as dumb, then he is very unlike his father. Moreover, most henchmen of Marcos have switched sides.  The fear of former Loyalists is they will have to cough up the amount of capital that Marcos gave them and want back.  A lot of the cronies that made ML a reality now support opposition because in the event of a BBM win, they may have to cooperate and suffer loss of independence.

Classic response, “I am Not a marcos fan but….”. Sounds like bakla trying to pretend na Hindi bakla. What an imbecile.

your fictional claim here seems like a libellous info. Magkabayag ka at magpkilala ka at Patunayan na May proof yang claim mo.

Have you seen the Senate proceeding investigating the death of Jesse?  Do you know why he did not pass the Commission on Appointments despite three attempts? It was a crisis since more questions need to be answered  and somehow his death ended it.

The danger here is not what happened but what happened after. Media erased this chapter of history,  No one bothered to follow up.

  10. I am no Marcos fan but when comparing campaign resources, his adversary's funding is definitely bottomless.  We are all witness to the mighty propaganda and branding Leny got.

Can't people feel how strong media censorship has become that quiets the apprehension of patriotic government officials who denied Jesse from becoming Secretary of DILG 3x? His death had to happen to prevent investigation of who helped him get into power despite lack of basic qualification - which is the basis for rejecting his appointment. I can just imagine where this country is heading to. Maybe it will retrogress into a silly revolution that incites the anger of the unthinking crowd towards politicians like BBM and his family.

The manner Jessie died was investigated in the Senate on live television. It is an eyeopener. It can be linked to the death of Ninoy, and even to the death of Ramon Magsaysay.  Truly, reality is more bizarre than fiction. Fiction has to make sense.

Agree. Many here are just parrots of propaganda.

Propaganda is the way to manipulate the unthinking crowd filled with energy and zest for change in their own lives.  Manipulation of the public perception and opinion is the way to use democracy and turn it violent or submissive.  But such systems do not work for all. It is just democracy made to harm the system, the perfect justification for the rise of a ruler to nullify public interest in order to force order and change-progress.

IN CHARTS: PH employment rises in April over 'Build Build Build'

Rappler takes a look at the results of the April 2018 Labor Force Survey

Rappler is not really a reliable source for those data. It makes our country so third world to even give such sources credence. It is fortunate that government crackdown on ownership of a site that pretends expertise on the situation of the Philippines.

  14. I use Federal Couragia AT. Compared to the one that it replaced, it is more spongy with more grip. Ultra quiet too. I had to add a bit more air to make it light to stir on dry weather. But during wet conditions it is very stable and cuts through water puddles effortlessly, no gliding or lifting even on top speed. Most vehicles stop or slow down, this one allows full speed, full control in wet expressway, especially new and still uneven cement surface conditions.

  15. President Duterte stared work on this sea dispute long before he asumed office. He does not have military options that will be supported by his American ally. In other words, the Philippines cannot attack and create war. President Duterte would rather offer joint venture and make use of the structures in place rather than risk warfare by removing the facilities by force.

Filipinos must keep in mind that China is not only expanding territory on this area but in other places as well. A few days ago, Indonesia attacked a stray Chinese vessel but that did not become war. Japan still got disputed territory and counter claims are completely ignored. Russia settled a territorial dispute but China is keeping friendly support by purchasing Russian military equipment, which is weak positioning in an event where Russia turns around and recover their islands.

After making the US Navt send an additional fleet in Taiwan that will double the force stationed in Japan, no amount of diplomacy will remove China as major threat to the stability of the region. This is not to mention the British Navy, which once upon a time controlled the major sea lanes that China clams it got.

Just like in PC laptops and phones, the 2din multimedia player that comes with higher OS version are pricey and can run the latest apps. The "cheap" versions are able to run older OS only.
