  1. I agree. I-add ko na lang na imporante din is to be consistent. Find a time na convenient and you can do so consistently. For example, if 8-5pm work sched ka, then pwedeng every after work, or pwede din 3x a week lang (MWF), basta consistent. Pag consistent kasi, it helps with adherence. It's more likely you can stick to your workout for the long term.
  2. From what I've heard, Ozempic works. But for me personally, calorie deficit through proper diet and exercise pa din is the way to go.
  3. Unfortunately, we can't spot reduce fat, and for most men, we store fat in our belly. To reduce belly fat, we really need to reduce weight (hopefully mostly fat). There has to be a calorie deficit, so either increase your calorie burn through activities or reduce calorie intake; for best results, do both. Sadly, belly fat is the last to go, but don't be discouraged, you will see major improvements in overall health and aesthetics along the way.
