yeah. i think the jazz are better now. i still wonder, though what would've happened had the gotten danny manning in his prime. i know they could've beaten the bulls. another big what if is ron seikaly. he was traded to (or offered by?) the jazz, but he did not report. instead, he stuck with some bad teams and retired prematurely.

anyway, while i'm happy (ecstatic actually) that the jazz are 7-1 right now, i'll temper my expectations. i can still remember how my hopes crashed in 2004 when they started 6-1. so far, though. they're looking good. very very good.

if this leads to marriage, this is almost a recipe for a breakup or infidelity on both parties.

anyway, para sa akin, si bobby parks pa rin ang all-time best import, followed by black, bates, and chambers. definitely, bates has to be the flashiest of all time, i think he was with crispa then, kaya nakakalungkot nung mga huli niyang seasons dahil di na siya ganun kagaling.

there should be divorce in the philippines simply because annulment is prevalent nowadays.

at least in divorce, you won't deny that the marriage existed. in annulment, the contention is that it was never valid.

we all seek what we do not have:it is human nature. but belonging to someone is a choice. it doen't matter whether you're bound by the laws of marriage or a just a mere pinky-winky promise, or a relationship sealed by a torrid kiss. the thing is we choose to belong to someone.

there will always be girls prettier, sexier, and smarter, and more enchanting than your gf. in the same way that your girl will meet better looking guys than you.

the point is, we can never be sure how happier we'll be if we leave our current beau. sure, some relationships are not worth keeping. some girls are plain boring or lousy in bed. or probably your gf talks and talks and don't know how to listen. or whatever reason you think makes you less happy.

as freakish wisely pointed out: it is always about choice. it's always been that way.
