    Nag loan ako dati sa SSS, tas tapos na ako mag bayan.. ten nag check ako kung magkano available ko para i-loan.. ang nakalagay eh "you exceeded your loan balance by P500... ano po ba ibig sabihin nito.. kulang pa yung bayad dun sa dati kong loan... or sumubra pa yung nabayad ko... kasi eto daw yung dahilan para ma-deny ang loan application ko.. can someone interpret this for me... thanks.

    Generally, the basis of tax is zonal value of Market value whichever is higher... for zonal value, you can check bir website as stated by one of our mates here...

     

    However,

     

    Tax Payable by Donor if Donee is a Stranger. - When the donee or beneficiary is stranger, the tax payable by the donor shall be thirty percent (30%) of the net gifts. For the purpose of this tax, a 'stranger,' is a person who is not a:

    (1) Brother, sister (whether by whole or half-blood), spouse, ancestor and lineal descendant; or

    (2) Relative by consanguinity in the collateral line within the fourth degree of relationship.

    Ask lang po ako regarding taxation. What if i registered our company already (SEC and DTI only, wla business permit, and bir). for months it was nearly non-existent, then all of a sudden nagkaroon po ako ng client. it went too fast. in two weeks, we had a deal and na-execute po ang services.

     

    Come payment time, wala na po ako mapakita recepit. would it be valid if after na ng transactions ako makakuha ng business permit at BIR?

     

    Things were so quick - overlooking on the permits, or a business merely inactive.

     

    What should we do? Thanks po. Can we still have business permits and BIR registration, so we can also pay the company's dues.

    Yes you can still register your company with the BIR and local government... however, you might be subjected to penalty such as late registration..

     

    clarify ko lang sa capital gains tax di ba 7.5% na yun, correct me if i am wrong po, salamat

    Nope it is still 6%..

    dude i actually have a dvd of that...meron sa BF ruins binebenta...pero mas mahal...200 bucks bili ko...parang dinodownload nila yan and hard to find movies and sell em at a high price...

     

    dun din ako bumili ng self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior...

     

    kesa naman sa vcd...pero parang lugi ka sa dvd nila medyo kulang sa features...ung main feature lang meron...sayang tuloy sa classic matches

     

    anyways, hanapin mo lang dun...meron sila....basta they sell Hard to find Movies/Series/Docus...porn na Jenna Jameson...wouldnt be hard to find...
