-tago ang area; and

-affordable

Cons:

-dinig mo konti yung mga nasa kabilang room;

-dinig mo yung vehicle noise ng mga parating at paalis na guests; and

-mapapaextend ka sa sobrang relaxing ng ambiance. Hehe!

2) Rose Garden, Sta. Mesa -- currently the most updated motel in the Sta. Mesa strip. Marami na yung mga renovated rooms dito. Just tell the parking attendant na gusto mo sa bagong room.

Pros:

-super affordable lalo na pag may discount card;

-malaki yung rooms;

-malamig;

-ambiance is really for love-making;

-good food;

-may massage service;

-may mini bar (cooler lang talaga);

-may 'emergency' kit (condoms, napkin, Robust, lube, etc.); and

-may rooms na may love seat

Cons:

-dinig mo yung mga jeep sa labas;

-too much mirrors (tatamarin kang magcheck for one way mirrors);

-thin blankets and bed sheets; and

-medyo masikip yung garage lalo na pag SUV yung dala mo.
