In just 2 months, nakapag tayo ako ng spa of my own. 2. Learn to discipline yourself. Once you have that in you, then you will find contentment. Once you have that, you'll find happiness. Contentment doesn't mean settling down agad agad kahit di pasado sa standards mo or sa ideal person, gamit or scenario. 3. Love yourself. Loving yourself is skin deep. It's jot just about make up, skin care of fashion. It means taking care of your wholebeing especially your mental health.
