People in leadership positions will often look for a quick fix, but itโs not the key. This is why even with a heavy heart, we must always make a discussion based on the possibility of what would be the best for our business even if it costs us our relationships with our employees. This is why leaders should still draw the line. We should think long term and not be short sighted and tempted with whatever offers especially those that are too good to be true.ย
