So redroom is a “legit” spa and hindi halatang ngoffer ng es? As I don’t normally go to tagaytay, pwede ba d2 magsama ng family members, workmates or kaibigan, regardless ng gender tapos regular massage sakanila then sakin yun special? I actually never tried that before, bring someone who don’t know about this industry and/or that I go to these establishments. Yung mahahalata ba nila or will they remain clueless. Alam lang nila mahilig ako sa clean massage. Na curious tuloy ako lol

I've only been using my dad's old car, so tcpl lang. Wala masyadong takot ma gasgasan, etc. Pero now na magnew car na, I'm thinking mag comprehensive insurance. Which car insurance ba ang competitive ang features/benefits, mabilis ang service at matino ang customer service? I'm ok kung hindi sila ang pinaka mura, as long as worth it naman when it's needed na. I mean aanhin ang mura kung garbage ang service. I'm reading about malayan and standarding na sobrang tagal ng claims at pahirapan talaga. But for your guys maayos ba yung axa, oona, etc? or how about yung mga insurance na offer ng banks, like bpi or pnb?

If bulking, madali lang basta consistent sa gym. At easier if may "help ng supplements" However, model body? As in mga 15% body fat and lower? High intensity training and low carbs talaga, specially if wala sa genes at body type mo at lalu na if older( mga 35 and up) kana at bumabagal na ang metabolism ng body mo.
