Ayun nga siguro ang silbi ng luha, ano? Ang linisin ang mata ko upang makita ng malinaw kung bakit hindi tayo para sa isa't isa.

Pringle and jayson castro
I agree with picking Pringle. But why Castro? He rocked the competition in FIBA Asia, surely he's one of the top point guards in Asia, right?

Communist Manifesto -Marx and Engels
Workers of the world, unite! Hehehe. At a slim 30 pages, it's more a pamphlet really. But an interesting read nonetheless.

NOT an expert, but here goes:
If you can't live without rice, try switching from white to brown rice - low glycemic index and high fiber content. Or if you don't mind the price, try quinoa instead. It can take the place of rice, and it has a reasonable amount of protein in it as well

A little more than 8k a month, rotating two cars (diesel and gas), so that's roughly 2k a week for regular use. Add on from 4k-6k per trip when I take out the diesel pick-up for unplanned road trips during long weekends as I am wont to do

V-kool x75 (light) for the windshield and v-kool x15 (medium) all around for both of my cars. Very good heat rejection and works well enough for my minimum privacy requirements

This seems to work best for me: weight training in the morning before breakfast and before work, 5km run in the evening 2 hours after a light and easily digestible dinner.

Yes, because I don't want to ruin my career as a hand model
Just kidding.
But seriously, while we may think that girls dig the "macho" callouses, I'm pretty sure that they don't like being touched in their most sensitive areas (you know where) with fingers that have the texture of unfinished concrete

If aesthetics is your only motivation for going in the gym I dont think youd be successful incorporating it in your lifestyle
Hmm, I don't necessarily agree. Vanity can be a very powerful motivating factor

If I may. Conspi is a regular hangout for development workers and NGO types, but really, I've seen all sorts of people there. There's a music room where bands play (usually Noel Cabangon, Cookie Chua, etc) with a P100 entrance fee, or higher, depending on who's performing. No entrance fee if you want to just stay in the outdoor garden area or the dining area. The foyer has an art space where up and coming visual artists exhibit their work (paintings, photographs, etc). Food and beer is cheap, but it doesn't really feel like a place for solo drinking.
