Always choose CAREER. 

Even when married, one should choose CAREER (but not vs. Love, per se). If an opportunity comes and it involves separation from spouse, do it. Eventually you will be together after some time. 

If single, only choose love if your partner has a career

My GF actually gave me a good morning text first before I did. 

Guys, as a lawyer, I can say that being a mistress is technically not illegal. 

But to answer the question, there must be context. Love for a wife can die out (as in mine). But I find love with another woman, I will not consider that as a "mistress" but as a partner I love.

I am actually of my GF's ex-BFs. Parang they had more attention than what I am getting. Of course, I should not compare but it can't be helped. It's in her past social media posts....

Guys, take it from me that has been married for quite a while. Love is most important in a relationship. I am taking about a long term relationship (even if not married). 

Without love, it will not get hard. The longer you are together, all the pent-up, unresolved issues and past fights will come out. And if those do come out before the moment of intimacy, then there is no more love.

Invoice or receipt? Usually, airlines email a receipt. or look at the ticket, baka may price breakdown. And also show a credit  card charge in your statement. Maybe that can help

If you have a union or employee council, it is best to ask them. A retirement package is discretionary for a company to offer.

If the house is built and you are living in it, then the monthly is allowed to start. But if no existing  SEC HOA, then maybe not

Medyo mahirap yan as a father. The law will side with the mother sa mga custody cases. You have to prove that the mother is unfit but from your story, it seems to be ok.

Try to go for shared custody. If you are giving support, you can demand custody or at the very least visitation rights

Wala dapat. Pero if you can  video it, give that to the PNP for investigation. And at all costs, do not fire your gun. You will be the aggressor tapos ikaw pa yung file na homicide or ever murder

I received my regular appointment last July 21, 2021 stating that from October 21, 2019 to June 21, 2020 I have demonstrated a commendable work performance. But last September 25, 2020 they gave me a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) and that I should improve within 60 days or they will terminate my employment status. Also after the meeting and plans has been submitted our HR Manager advice me to do a voluntary resignation since they already hired a replacement for me. In good faith for our HR manager I did what she advice I submitted a voluntary resignation and ask for a package of assistance with equivalent of 3 months of my salary. But when she gave me the acceptance letter for my resignation she told me that the package was not approve and I will only receive my last pay. So I withdraw my resignation and she offer me again this time they add a little amount.

This is getting stressful every day.

My question is, can they terminate me on the basis if I did not deliver the said PIP? Do I have the right to ask for assistance if they want me to resign voluntarily?

I really need your help.

From what you said, they cannot terminate you. There is a two notice requirement, the first one states the reason and a chance to explain. But "to improve" is not an authorized cause for termination. The closest cause is "lack to trust and confidence" and according to you, the notice didn't state that.

I just want to consult on something.

 

A friend died leaving a husband and 2 kids aged 18 and 15. they still have a house and lot and the Dad wants to Pawn or Sell the house. Do the kids have any say on this matter?

 

The house is still named to my dead friend and hasnt been transferred to his Husband nor the kids.

 

My concern is the Dad doesnt have a job/ hasn't had a job for decades, a senior citizen now and is really bad with money. If they pawn or sell the property now the kids will be left homeless and penniless.

 

Do the kids have any legal right to the property even though they are just teenagers?

Can't sell the house without paying the estate tax first. The BIR will have to issue an authority that taxes has been paid before the LRA will issue a new title to the buyer.

The kids are actually part owners of the house so they do have legal rights as heirs.

Can a concerned citizen file a report regarding VWAC or dapat yung involved person mismo?

Yes it is allowed. It would be absurd if only the wife/GF can file if they are victims of violence

True, but inquire into filing for letters of administration. I did one many years ago and its not 3% of the value of estate. Go to a clerk of court in a Hall of Justice near you

Filing fees for an inheritance claim will be around 3-4% of the value of the land. So, you are looking at at least 3M filing fees.

But if you are just filing for letters of administration, it might be cheaper. Plus, as an administration, you might be able to ask for a monthly stipend. It is best to go to a clerk of court in a hall of justice and just inquire about the fees.

Around how much will it cost me for the court filinf fee if i want to file an inheritance claim in court. The estate has a bir zonal valuation of 100m. There are 8 children.
