i really hate the lack of courtesy of filipino drivers and lack of discipline. there is a joke an american shared to me that filipino drivers are "very courteous", especially those driving motorcycles. why? because motorcycle drivers ignore vehicles when overtaking. worse, they'll be ignored back.

2. then aim high. i suggest you think of the highest position possible like to become a finance director or something.

3. work on that target. work hard, be patient. you may stumble or be disappointed from time to time. it's normal. stay on course, be determined to hit your target.

4. excel in the things you do. exceed you're superior's expectations. do things right the first time, everytime.
