    Ansel Adams used to stay at a location and study how the sun and the shadows interact with the scenery on different times before he took the picture.

    shallow depth of fields...

     

    I appreciate you comment sir. :cool: The shallow depth of field is intentional. I was trying to emulate those 'bokeh' fotos i see on the web, so I set the apperture at f1.4 to blur the background and make the bus handle with a different color stand-out.

    L lens? naku sa pangarap ko lang ata ako makakagamit ng ganyang lenses....hehehe.....i'm happy with the 28-135 sir, sharp naman sa smaller apertures kapag wide-open nga lang medyo soft....sa ngayon eto at yung kit lens ng 350d na lang muna, wala na akong pera for a wide prime....

     

    Sir, san pala nakakabili ng lens na maganda ang presyo? Salamat.

    hey pips, do u have a copy of the official score cards? this question is insignificant since manny won via tko, but i will post it anyway, i still want to find out how the judges scored the fight up to the 10th round. thanks.

    Madaming magagalit sa akin for saying this. But based on the last fight, Morales seems to have Manny's number. As Manny attacked time and time again, Morales counter-punched Manny to victory. And the quote from Manny saying that "there will be no let-up" this time gives me the impression that the same might happen: su-sugod ng su-sugod si Manny only to have a ready Morales waiting with a perfect foil of counter punches.

     

    Sana totoo ang sinasabi nilang a new Pacquiao will climb into the ring this time. But I'm pessimistic this would happen. He's just to much of a brawler. After the Velasquez fight where Manny was first counter-punched to almost defeat, his camp already said that a new Pacquiao will meet Eric Morales. We all know what happened...So a new Manny NOW? Heard that before.

     

    Come the fight, I really hope and pray that Manny comes out victorious. I really hope he proves me wrong and makes me eat my words. That would make me extremely happy! But I wouldn't put my money on it.

     

    well said bro, but i will have to disagree with you. kung napanood mo last fight ni morales, kung pagbabasehan mo yung last fight ni morales, in which he lost. manny will/should use his jab more. he should play it smart. becuase he has speed advantage over erik morales, he shold use this to his advantage, just as raheem did, and i don't think freddie roach will miss that.

     

    sana nga manalo si pacquaio bro, sana nga mali ka bro. :)

    hi guys. im going on a trip to singapore sometime next week and i was wondering if i could ask you singapore veterans out there a few things.  :P

     

    1. are taxi rates expensive? lets say from the airport to orchard road? how much would that cost?

    - medyo expensive. with regards to rates papuntang , depende sa oras. depende sa araw, like kung merong holiday... hwag pala makalimot magpapalit ng SGD sa airport kase taxi di puwede USD.

     

    2. i heard about a great singapore sale this july? just how "great" is it? 50-70% off? and how expensive are the items compared to the phil? lets say a pair of adidas shoes that would normally cost 4k here?

    - kung adidas originals hanap mo, marami d2 bro. marami ka talagng choices d2 pero mas mahal ata...  e.g. a pair of dockers, doble presyo sa nabili ko sa pinas.

     

    3. hows the night life in singapore? any recommendations as to which bar to go to at night? a friend of mine mentioned 3 places. Devil's bar, Zouk, and Orchard tower. are those ok? marami bang chics?  :upside:

    - ok nyt lyf pero mahal if you compare the prices satin.  ok yung place you mentioned, orchard tower kung gusto mo ng orientals.  :cool:

     

    4. do they have an adidas originals/vintage shop in singapore?  :P  coz if they dont, ill just go ahead and buy the shoes i wanted here in the phil.

     

    5. any singaporean brand (or any other brand for that matter) that i should watch out for? meron bang mga hindi available sa pinas na ok? be it shoes, shirts, polo, etc etc.

    6. is it true i have to add "la" after every sentence?  :blink:

    d2 naman. its ok to use proper english, pero u can adaopt para mas maintindihan ka.  so lagyan mo na lang ng "lah" or "lar" sa dulo ng sentence ng sasabihin mo.  :D

     

    7. what is their national language? english or mandarin? english daw.  :D
