One the owners’ a good friend of mine. He also owns XIU. I told him Yabu is over rated. Sabi ko ang favorite ko dun sa Yalu is their water. Hahaha! Buwisit daw ako! But his XIU is undoubtedly very good but pricey.

All day breakfast sinangag, fried eggs, daing NA bangus combo. Some days I’ll just drive down to pancake house for this, with Yardstick coffee. FromMax’s yung coffee. Magkatabi lang sila and same company Lang sila.

I’m not sure if this will click with non Filipinos, but my go to comfort food is inihaw NA liempo with ensalada(egg plant, garlic,tomato, white onions,salted egg and with good sukang sasa dressing). And yes of course, fragrant White rice. Another one of my favorites is fried rice using pork adobo flakes and drippings, daing NA bangus and a pair of over easy eggs. And a cup of real good excelsa. Filipino rice porridge (like yung NA sa flight ng PAL.) Champorado with tuyo or tinapang tamban.

Good scotch anytime. But beer with meals. I cannot understand why people go for beer with high alcohol content. Anything above 5% ruins the flavor. First time I tried red horse and those strong Dutch beers, 👎 right away. No flavor, overpowered by alcohol.

McDonald’s for burgers, and fries and coffee. Jolliibee fries fast catching up or at par already. Never jollibee coffee and burgers. Worst fast food burgers and coffee kasi.

Laman ako ng range dati. Heck May reloader pa nga ako. May niyaya akong kaibigan one time and he was shocked at how expensive this activity was. Napagisip isip ko eventually that I could have put the money I spent to good use. Now I am an active contributor to a lot of orphanages and medical missions around depressed communities. Mas malaki ang satisfaction na Nakukuha ko sa pagtulong. i had a beat up 45 tuned by Sunico. Really enjoyed it. Hardly used hot loads on it.

For medical purposes? Do you know that I myself do not like drug abuse. But the topic is to legalize for medical use. Do you know that opium has so many derivatives that are being used as medicine? Some of it is morphine, codeine, fentanyl, methadone, pethidine, etc. Marijuana is the least potent and least physically damaging form of pain relief and is very effective in boosting one’s appetite. If it will be useful, why not? Why deprive those who need. Then ban all the other opioids if we are worried about the risk of being abused. Masyadong maaga you said. Matagal NA ginagamit ang mga yan. Pero regulated. If you will use the Philippines’ lack of maturity and corruption record as a reason for rejecting its legalization, Kawawa naman yung mga May saKit NA nagdurusa. Higpitan Lang ang pagdispense kagaya nang sa iba pang narcotics nang Hindi gawing for recreational use. Sabi ni Lola at Lola, “huwag humithit ng droga!”
