Controlled and calculated anxiety is a sign of intelligence, that you foresee the consequences of your actions. I’ve avoided a lot of bad decisions because of this. Pero minsan matigas talaga ang ulo natin. Pero ok din sumugal paminsan minsan sa buhay kapag sa tancha mo mataas ang chances for success. Biggest lesson I’ve learned: why worry over things you have no control over? Be confident that you did your best and leave everything to God.

I don’t force religion on my kids. I use anecdotes and logic on what is good and what is bad. Children will always choose good over bad. Keep reinforcing good values. So when the time to let go comes, you can be confident enough that you taught them good values and will be well equipped to navigate through life well.

Travel to a country I haven’t been to.

Isa pang gusto Kong isuot NA big ay din, yung local NA May susi, collezione ba yun? Very good quality ang materials. Yan Lang yata ang binili ko minsan. Nagandahan ako nung niregalo minsan saken.

I don’t care much for brands really, but ironically all my pants are branded. Puro bigay or bought from outlets by family members.

Walmart Lang, fruit of the loom. Mura, comfortable but not very good quality. Pinapalitan mo rin naman palagi anyway.

My recent was years ago. My kids buy my shoes. Nagtatiyaga maghanap sa Nordstrom Rack. Kabisado NA nila.

Honestly, I will just give it to somebody who needs it more. Corny ano but it is true. May satisfaction pa ako sa ganito. Mas mahal pa yung kain namin minsan sa labas.

I will not be quick to judge those who use fakes. The maids I see in Honkong almost always wear fakes. Our maids wear fakes. Is it because they are pretentious? They dont know any better and happy sila at nakamura sila. Nagagandahan lang talaga. Gusto Lang nila maging up to date. Once I bought our maid the real stuff pero pang araw araw NA local NA real leather Then she received a fake bag with all the L’s and V’s for Xmas. You can see the happiness in her expression. Mixed emotions ako. Naawa ako NA natutuwa para sa kanya. After that all my gifts were still originals but medyo sunod sa taste nila at hindi sa taste ng wife ko. Kahit baduy yung pinili nila go Lang basta they’re happy.
