  1. If you are looking for some cozy, more on acoustic band, chill lang ang ambiance and romantic.

Try niyo mga bro/sis sa PUÑTA BAR, located at shaw boulevard liberty. Di kayo magsisi

Ok rito. Maliit lang yung place for the band.

Hard to have a conversation here due to the loud music. Even sa placing of orders

  2. metrobank(well all of the banks a tually).... how about this.. i had a significant amount of money with them.. but they would not give me a credit card since i did not have an itr yet (just got back from overseas)... despite giving all of the requirements to prove that i have a job and will be able to pay any charges to the card

    Same experience w/ Metrobank.

Also, palaging offline mga ATM machines nila.

Have to drive to several locations just to make a withdrawal.

Happened several times already this year.

    So inconvenient.

  3. I'd still prefer self made. Those are the pioneers. If you were just the 2nd generation or the kids who inherited the wealth then there's no challenge because the hard part was already done... establishing a business, making a profit. In short, may capital ka nang malaki to expand. Kaya iba parin ang 1st generation old school start from scratch. That's why I don't listen to my wealthy friends, I listen to their parents or grandparents who started it all. Only exception to this rule is that kung ang 1st gen is the whole family, kasama yung mga anak na nag banat buto nung nagsimula mag negosyo at hindi kung kailan maunlad na.

  4. Definitly not the more popular one among the many ramen shops but I always come back to AJISEN RAMEN HOUSE.

As far as noodles is concerned, none can match the firmess or Al Denteness (is there such a word :D ) of Ajisen's noodles.

The Zaru Soba is just so-so.

Another hidden gem is their Beef Teppanyaki (medium rare please) ...... one of the better ones I've tried.

Their Dragon Roll is also pretty good.

They put lots of unagi on top

  5.

I have tried both the buffet and ala carte here ....... thumbs down for me. (and my parents and aunties are complaining that even the coffee is not hot enough)

At the very least, we should just save up a little more and dine in some of the better buffet places in the metropolis. (Dads World Buffet comes to mind)

At least, Lucky Chinatown is just steps away.

Stayed here and ended up going there instead of eating in.

    Not too appetizing.

  6. The Global Wealth Report 2015 highlights another unexpected fact: that the world’s wealthiest 1% is not entirely made up of billionaires, but contains a significant number of people whose assets amount to $759,900 or over.

Ibig sabihin, kung meron kang Php 35M assets, kasama ka sa top 1% sa yaman sa buong mundo.

If you have Php 35M, that'll only get you a condo in Rockwell.

Php 75M gets you only a land in one of the middle posh villages
