Ako nag stop mag workout since pandemic, pero plan ko pa rin bumalik, medyo kinukulang lang sa time. I've been doing intermittent fasting then walking after work. 15 to 20k steps ako daily. weekend or walang work, kaya ng 30k to 40k steps. Btw, di ko naman goal mag lost ng weight, for healthy living activity lang.
If goal mo mag reduce ng weight thru fat loss without workout, do cardio.
Walking yung best activity for fat loss, low intense activity sya kaya mas matagal mo syang pwdeng gawin with low risk of injury. Tska purely fats lang yung na-b burn since low intensity activity nga sya.
Running can be the same weight loss ng walking pero high intense activity sya kaya kasama rin yung lost of muscle gains. Pero can help build stronger and tone muscle throughout your body. Higher rate for knee injury nga lang to.
Cycling/Biking, mid intense activity, can help muscle growth sa legs area. Mas sustainable sya vs Running (basta marunong kang mag bike), since lower rate for injury and not high intense activity compared to running.
