Well, it is a well-known fact that vitamin and nutritional and herbal supplements are not covered or regulated by the US FDA, so there is really no guarantee these products are effective or the contents are what the labels claim to be.
Unsolicited piece of advice to MaxHardcore: I know you believe in Usana products, but i don't think you will convince the other people here by making ad hominem attacks on them. Calling other posters as "pathetic" and "walang alam", etc.? Maybe you will be more effective if you produce literature or evidence of the efficacy of Usana products, rather than shooting down other people's opinions.

in general, popular media (whether social, print, etc.) influences not only what people see or read, but also the point of view / angle that they use to present information shapes how we react to events. So we have to be careful of biases (check who are the owners of the media outlets), and more important but difficult, we should not swallow everything we see or read hook line and sinker, but be critical in our thinking.

if you have a balanced / healthy diet, no need to take vitamin/mineral supplements. And don't be fooled by supplements promising all sorts of benefits - these are not approved by the BFAD. see the label - no therapeutic claims.

Knowing the original ones from the fake ones may required more than looking at the embroidered logo or the patented buttons. I know for a fact that the original ones use a different type of stitch on the collars connecting the main shirts - which is hard to see from a person without the person getting insulted or weird on ones request
And i think the fabric of the fake ones is much inferior. Might not be evident at first, but after one or two washings, the feel/texture sort of changes.

maybe improvement from within is the key. If Leonard continues to fulfill his destiny as their next franchise player, and if Green is able to learn how to put the ball on the floor, they would greatly relieve burden on Duncan/Parker/Manu. And let's hope Bellinelli and Mills continue improving.

Lots of new restos in Kapitolyo - Pomodoro, Gostoso, Banoi's, Calderon, Greeka Kouzina, Avi, etc. They're all pretty good, and not so expensive.
Capitol Commons - Tipsy Pig, Olive are a bit pricier but i guess you pay for the ambiance.

Hi andrea,
agree with maxinquaye above. Don't order the green soup base at Ramen Nagi.
Ukkokei in Makati and Ramen Daisho in Mandaluyong are very good too.
