  1. I havebeen waiting for your post on this one Master DONGT ....... thanks for the heads up.

Any other worthy dishes the establishment can boast of ????

the phillycheesesteak is also worth trying. beef is tender with loads of onions and bell pepper.

(the bell pepper though comes with an extra price). condiments can be requested

such as ranch dressing, honey mayo and mustard to add up to the taste and also serve as a dip for

the french fries. you can also ask for a salad or onion rings as side dish instead of the fries.

costs around 400 pesos more or less. imo, the resto is not that everyday kind of joint because

of its price. btw, a glass of milkshake is around 275 pesos. really pricey.

  2. i think its amazing how silva avoided being cut from the beatdown he got from sonnen.

silva even cut sonnen from elbows he threw from the bottom. i dont know if sonnen have

pillow-fists or silva just have an iron-chin. sonnen really wanted to finish silva and

if he could have just laid there in the fifth, doing just enough not to be stood up and

avoided being submitted he would have been the new champion. with the trash talking he

did pre-fight, he really did want to make a statement. i dont know if its just me who

noticed it but i find it funny to see silva pretending to be really hurt after the fight

even holding his ribs as if groping in pain then looking at the camera. afterwhich giving

an excuse of a rib injury in the post fight interview for not performing really well.

  3. Would be interesting to see the IRON CHEFs of Japan compete against the IRON CHEFs of America....... though there was word that Bobby Flay did so when he went to Japan.

Wish I have a video if that cook-off did take place.

Bobby Flay got into iron chef japan twice and battled iron chef Morimoto both times. he is the same japanese guy who is on iron chef america now.

the first battle, i remember him stepping onto the cutting board on the table after the cook-off time elapsed to celebrate, prematurely though coz he eventually lost. it also got the ire of iron chef Morimoto and most other japanese chefs in japan for that matter coz they felt they got disrespected. They believe that things used for cooking are considered sacred and you dont step on them.

Bobby Flay was still on the rise as a chef then and asked for a rematch to seek redemption. Most of his sous chefs were apprehensive about making a return because of the disrespect bobby did on the first match and were afraid of how they will be accepted. he did eventually got the call for rematch. he celebrated yet again after the cook-off time but this time he threw off the cutting board before stepping on the table. the second time he got the win.

  4. For sure you'll have the last laugh. imagine yourself being on her shoes. the one being

paid for love. You wouldn't want that wouldn't you? Your lucky to have a life like yours.

im sure you'll forget this woman if you channel your thoughts to other things. some also

say that the way to forget a woman is through the arms of another.

  5. sir ndn, no offense but you sound like a hopeless romantic. you dont really look for love.

it just comes at the moment you least expect it. and if you are so busy with work and your

kid, theres really no need to find someone who will make you even busier. hindi mahirap

maghanap ang lalake ng karelasyon kung my anak na. its even a plus factor knowing ur a responsible

single parent. believe in destiny. you cant trust your feelings to someone who is only there for

    the money.

  6. I disagree. I ate there once with my date and we were both disappointed with the pizza. Compared to Amici in Tomas Morato, Italian Job is a very distant fourth. I can name of several other "Italian Style" Pizzarias that have better taste, quality and price.

I second to this. I was encouraged to eat here because of their 40% off during their first week of opening. Very disappointing indeed! the pizza which is suppose to be their specialty is too dry and 'makunat'. Also took a long time to cook and serve. it also goes for the pasta. i tasted their spaghetti bolognese and the canneloni which both are lacking in sauce. and sad to say, after eating in this resto i had the worst case of diarrhea that sideline me for almost a week. the place is somewhat good in terms of cleanliness because its newly built but i go for the food taste and quality not the ambience.

  7. in a championship match, a challenger should really have a clear cut decision to win. a round is always given to a champion if it is really a close round. shogun didnt do enough to warrant a decision. rounds are too close to call and can go either way. shogun wasnt able to put down lyoto even once and he didnt even put the champion in trouble. it is often times a simultaneous hit from the two so it is a matter of subjectivity who hit harder. if it was a split decision then there would be a shadow of a doubt but all three judges gave it to lyoto and no one can question that.

  8. First things first! pacman has to defeat cotto otherwise his marketability in going up against mayweather will drop dramatically. on the other hand, if pacman goes on to defeat cotto, then he has all the leverage of asking for high heavens and all his demands could be granted. this includes purse, share of ppv and weight limit which is always a topic of debate.

  9. manny hasnt even started training yet although he can always fake an injury when worse comes to worst just like floyd mayweather did. this is so far mannys best competition so he better shape up or face the probability of getting hurt. but then again, he can also do a de la hoya who just went down on his knees when hit by a bigger and stronger bernard hopkins, that is, just to avoid irrepairable damage. i just hope manny doesnt make any excuses when he gets the beating due to his lack of focus and training. i still wanna see a 100% pacman when fight time comes.

  10. silva versus machida should really happen. its just a competition so to speak. same scenario with tito ortiz when he was light heavyweight champion. he kept on dodging chuck lidell insisting that they were friends. but then chuck really got hungry for the belt so friendship got out of the way and tito got knocked out not just once but twice.
